I recently celebrated my wedding at this hotel, hosting three separate events, and the entire experience was truly flawless. Emilie-Magarate, one of the catering sales managers, was incredible—reliable, attentive, and always quick to provide answers whenever we needed them. Throughout the planning and during each event, she ensured everything ran perfectly, from the guest rooms to the hospitality suite to the lobby. Her dedication made the whole process seamless. Additionally, Elizabeth Salgado from the food and beverage team went above and beyond to make sure every meal and event setup was ready for us. Her attention to detail and kindness, along with the outstanding support from the Sheraton staff, made each celebration a success and left our guests thoroughly impressed. If you’re considering hosting an event here, I cannot recommend it enough. The venue is beautiful, and the staff—especially Emilie and Elizabeth—are exceptional.

My husband and I and our two-year-old dog stayed at this hotel while road tripping across the country from New York to Minnesota. We needed a safe and pet friendly hotel where we could stop for one night. The Sheraton was good for what we needed, but I would not recommend a stay any longer than one night. The check-in process was easy and the front desk associate was nice. Two of the three elevators were down during our stay, which was somewhat inconvenient. The rooms were outdated, but generally clean. We did not see or hear many other guests. The staff were friendly to our chocolate lab - do know, there is a pet fee. The location is right off the highway and not so glamorous. It shares a parking lot and location with a corporate office park. We ended up going to downtown Naperville for dinner which was a 10 minute drive but is a very cute town. I do suggest checking it out if you stay here.

Nice rooms, modern venue. Lots of seating areas. Friendly staff. Great for meetings and small conventions. Hotel is literally attached to an office building and they share many of the meeting spaces. Many small rooms, so the layout can be a little confusing for larger events. The pool area is great. There are/were two racquetball courts, obviously added when this was a "thing." Now they are padlocked storage rooms. They would make great meeting spaces or rec rooms. The hotel rooms are a strange combination of old and new, cheap and lux. For example, the beds are medium firm, there's a big modern TV, large windows and open design. Great chair with roll-out ottoman that makes a nice little work space or place to watch TV. The bathroom was great - 10 years ago. But the old-school baskets on the walls above the tub are rusting, the small areas of paint peeling on the ceiling over the tub, and the bottom couple of inches on the vanity were peeling and swelling from years of exposure to water and humidity. The worst part? There was no stopper for the bathtub - or so I thought until I found it outside the tub the day I left. Even the fire sprinkler head was getting rusty. It's a business hotel that's popular with wedding parties (there were two large wedding groups there the same weekend I stayed) and families going to the The Morton Arboretum. The pool is well maintained and a good place to keep the kids occupied. The $16 breakfast buffet? Skip it. Remember the old Howard Johnson's greasy spoon buffets that used to be along the highways? Same thing. Everything was luke warm and bland. The pancakes were literally like cardboard. When the OJ ran out it was not refilled - they replaced it with more milk. The best thing I can say about it is that it was food and some was edible, and the coffee was decent.

The best is the bartender ENRIQUE he was so fun to talk with. He gave us some great ideas of things fun to do and we took his advice. Every time we came to the bar he remembered what we were drinking Give it up for him and high five him

Exceptionally average hotel, I thought Sheridan's were higher rated. The room was clean, but unremarkable & did not have a mini fridge. Breakfast buffet was a waste of $16. The food & coffee were both cold. With the abundance of hotels in the area, we won't stay here again

I had my wedding here last weekend and it was absolutely perfect!!! Rafael was so accommodating with my requests to make our night run smoothly! Emilie Margaret helped so much in paying attention to the little details and placing the decor I brought in exactly where I wanted it, making it look exactly how I envisioned. The front desk staff was extremely helpful in passing out welcome bags to our guests and ensuring our guests from out of town had an incredible and seamless stay. Mona made sure I was taken care of throughout the entire wedding planning process in reminding me to keep on track with things I needed to schedule and even helping me create a wedding timeline. Thank you Sheraton Lisle staff for an unforgettable wedding experience!!!!

What an incredible establishment. This review is specifically for Emile with events and catering. We had our wedding at Sheraton and she was the best venue coordinator I’ve ever worked with and by far the best vendor we worked with. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, understanding, and hardworking. Our wedding was a breeze and Emile with Sheraton deserves all the credit for that. Thank you so much and we can’t wait to work with you again!
